My wife has a Lenovo Yoga and to my knowledge she does not see this issue. I haven't worked on any other systems regularly enough to know if the problem might occur elsewhere.
The domain computer is a Surface Pro 4, the other a Surface Pro 3.
Running 1607, fully patched (though the problem predates this) and the It happens both when plugged in and when unplugged.Īs I said, this is two different computers, with different unconnected user accounts, one connected to a domain and one not. Sometimes this happens after a long time or overnight, but at other times, I can close the keyboard or hit the power button and <5 minutes later turn it back on and all apps have been closed. Anyway, hibernating shouldn't shut down my apps. I have looked hard at the power settings to no avail. OneDrive will show a padlock icon next to the sync status if the file or folder has settings which prevent it from syncing. When OneDrive Setup starts, enter your personal account, or your work or school account, and then select Sign in. There is no indication that Windows update has installed any updates and done a restart. In Windows 8.1, search for OneDrive, and then select the OneDrive app. When my system goes to sleep or I put it to sleep, I will often wake it to find that all my open applications have been closed. I haven't been able to locate any discussion on this issue, let alone find a solution on the whole Internet, EVEN on Spiceworks! :) I have a weird issue that is affecting two different computers.
